i've tried basal testing several times, and always got a hypo in the middle so I couldn't continue. BUT! I've just switched my diet over to LCHF and I'm doing so much better. I never thought animal food was particularly healthy, but it's a lot better than 2-3 hypos per day. Live for the moment!
