Dance Out Diabetes is For:

People of all ages, levels of fitness and dance ability
People with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, gestational diabetes, and their friends and family
People seeking a place to meet people with similar interest and health challenges

- Enjoy a wide variety of music and dance styles
- Have fun in a casual atmosphere that's diabetes friendly
- Use your own moves or learn some new skills
- Come with or make new friends
- Get professional and personalized diabetes feedback

Price: $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and children 8 - 17, children under 7 free

If I lived in San Francisco or was visiting, I'd be there for sure because I LOVE to dance!!! Actually, it's my favorite form of exercise!! {;D
