Save-the-date for the 2011 World Diabetes Day San Francisco Extravaganza at the Safeway Holiday Ice Rink in Union Square.
Join the diabetes community in honoring WDD as we light up the night, dust off our Hula Hoops and attempt a Guinness World Record for the LARGEST HULA HOOPING WORKOUT!
We need 114 people to set a new record and bring global awareness to diabetes. If you are interested in joining, please complete the form below. Hoops will be available for those who need one. All ages welcome.
The event will include inspirational talks, celebrity guests, refreshments, music, a diabetes resource fair and more.
