Ginger Vieira has lived with type 1 diabetes and celiac disease since 1999. Cognitive Wellness & Diabetes Coach at Living-in-Progress.com and author of "Your Diabetes Science Experiment", Ginger is joining us live to talk about her newest book, "Emotional Eating with Diabetes." This book is easy-to-read guide that acknowledges how life with diabetes can twist and tangle the way we think about food...and the steps and tools we need to create a new and positive relationship with food!
