yikes, it occurs to me I've done a live videochat before. How do I get started? And do I have to show the video part?

Comment by Kent Logy on June 1, 2012 at 7:11am

I will try and attend.
But if I don’t could I ask a couple of questions right know?
1. Why is it that I can have real good blood glucose for weeks and all of a sudden have highs for no reason? Same food , same exercise, same Basel.
2. I compete in bike races do pretty well but want to get better.
Can I increase my Basel very small amounts during my rides 50 miles or more to get more fuel into my muscles and get stronger and faster? Right now I have everything dialed in but I what more.
Is there a point where you can’t absorb the fuel fast enough you are taking in to support your muscles?

Thanks Gary Scheiner

Hi! As usual I received this message about the video and live chat after 11 A.M. PDT. Could we have these messages sent a few days ahead of time? Thanks!

Gary, love your books; they are tattered and marked up pretty well. I use a low carb meal plan, exercise, use a Metronic Revel 523 pump now and a Type 1 for 55 years.

Keep up the great work you do!

Lee
