Event Description

Insulindependence “Dawn Phenom” events are local fitness gatherings hosted by dedicated Insulindependence volunteers. The Dawn Phenom is designed to reach as many people as possible. Each person reached is another who will experience—and ultimately add to—the powerful influence of Insulindependence.

For many, making connections with others who share similar life challenges is a fist step toward viewing diabetes as an opportunity. Participants are inspired by their peers, and encouraged to explore their capacities as individuals living with diabetes.

Regular events and familiar faces make it easy for people to stay inspired and fit, especially with help from their local diabetes community. Whether a participant is Type 1, Type 2, or simply a supporter of someone living with diabetes, the Dawn Phenom is an ongoing opportunity to exercise, socialize, and and have fun.
