Any protein powder taken as a meal replacement for all meals with no additional food will result in weight loss. This product, used for three meals, is only 42 total carbs & 540 total calories. 540 calories a day is pretty much a starvation level, so will result in fat burning. If you ate only 540 total calories of anything, you'd lose weight.
Like any quick loss diet plan, this can only be done for a short time & then the usual disclaimer of following a sensible diet & exercise to keep weight off.
There's nothing in this formula to "reset metabolism." Would be a lot cheaper to buy a high quality protein powder & there are healthier ones than this stuff.

Soy protein, the main ingredient, is highly processed & a cheap ingredient. You can easily research the potential problems of extracted soy products like this.
Honey, the second ingredient, is 38-40% fructose. Fructose is the worst type of sugar for a diabetic & for non-diabetics as well.
