@Dave26 - you know, the G5 App development "team" at Dexcom isn't so big, and is controlled by "Eric" who is known to be a bit of an opinionated butt. Does what he wants, and doesn't understand customer service. From what I have heard from the guys at Dexcom is that his big fix is to add a "silence" slider switch in the app, rather than honor the mute switch on the iPhone. His reasoning is that some people have complained that when they put their phone switch to "vibrate" they forget to switch it back on. Lame reasoning to me. Maybe I will look at xdrip, but I love my Apple Watch.
I will have to look into it after I am done with my current compiler project, and after debating decoding the Omnipod radio commands. I don't think integrating their pods into Loop are worth it, since they will have a Bluetooth pod out next year.
@ctv3 - good idea on filing a Radar with Apple. I hadn't thought of that (and should have.) It is a violation to ignore the vibrate switch on the phone. I've told Dexcom that, and was hoping they would listen. Guess I will just get the Radar on Apple's radar (pun intended).
