Almost every day. I take the dog for a walk/run every morning and in the warmer months do yard work which I love to do. Or maybe clean the pool. It really helps to keep my A1c's down around 5.4 to 5.6. And really, it's not that hard to do.
Also, I stretch and do a Yoga type thing in the morning and in the evening. ("In the Evening... when the day is done...)
