I prefer white wine, Riesling for a treat, but a glass of red now and again is also nice. My weight is low and stable, but increasing the size of meals would soon change that! So would eating all those rich GF cookies for sale... I guess there's something to be said for eating mostly meat, fish, vegetables; I also eat fruit, esp. apples and berries.
