Just did a 40 mile, very hilly by my standards, Bike MS ride. Rode for 2:31. Did some rough calculations on food intake before and during the ride, just about 2675 calories consumed. Which included 512 grams of carbs. Funny thing is that the ride burned 2646 calories. I don't think I could have done this ride without a CGM. CGM showed a 56 at the first rest stop, but I didn't feel it at all. A gatorade and powerbar, and I was off, hitting 42mph at one point!
