Sure I feel it, but it isn't a distracting feeling. Just feel like I'm working hard.
The Livestrong folks provided TONS of PB&J for everyone coming through the 7 "power stops", with the last 3 hit out and back. They also had a tray of jelly beans with a scoop, trail mix, assorted energy bars, etc.
I stuck to the PB&J at the rest stops, and while out on the ride I had a couple gatorade food products. I like both the gel and the chewy cubes. I probably had 4 whole PB&J. Afterwards I stopped at Wawa for a donut and a frozen coffee. I watched the CGM pretty closely all day and stayed between 120 and 150. At the point when the sugar dropped to 118, I suspended the pump, and then about an hour later it got back to 120 and stuck there.
