Your consistent effort, willingness to experiment, and focused attention have given you stellar results. This is no small achievement for your health prospects going forward.
Your n=1 success does not necessarily mean that everyone else that follows your Tresiba/Afrezza solution will garner the same results as you. The "your diabetes may vary" aesthetic applies here, too. As you know, I've given both Tresiba and Afrezza personal trials and I did not get excellent results like yours but my results were very good for me.
I readily accept that people have varying degrees of success with almost any human endeavor. No matter what anyone chooses to pursue in life, even if huge personal resources are devoted to it, there will always be someone who does it better. Whenever I watch the Olympics and observe the performances of the second and third-place finishers, I'm reminded of this truth. I'm also reminded that even the people who don't come out on top are also winners.
Conversely, I think it's highly likely that you are not the only one who could enjoy similar success. It makes sense to me that people should do their own experiment with Tresiba and Afrezza to see if this combo might work well for them, too. I think we all can take heart in your results. If I had not already tried these two treatment modes, I would be making plans this morning to try and duplicate what you've achieved.
Enjoy your success. Not everyone can do what you did, but many can and should.
