Guilt-free Hot Chocolate (or nearly)
Start with Half and Half, not regular milk
Heat in the microwave, stirring occasionally, to somewhere short of boiling
Thoroughly whisk in powdered cocoa, the highest quality you can find
Add some vanilla, JUST enough so you can tell there is something there
Sweeten with your favorite brand of Stevia
Whisk a little more, till bubbles form
People generally refuse to believe that there is no sugar added. And on a cold night . . . mmmm.
