I agree w/ Zoe. I usually am near .825U/ hour but have a "boost" in the early morning, like .95 at 2:00 AM and then 1.1 around 3:30 or 4:00 AM. I fiddle around w/ this stuff constantly but the need for insulin is always there.
drsoosie, another member, mentioned having Almond Milk in the evening seems to help her and, on those occcasions I've had a glass, like last night, it seems to have worked. A very small sample size from me but I like almond milk anyway.
