I have discovered something that is working for me and thought I would share it with all of you. I used to have high readings in the morning (dawn phenomenon?). One evening, at bedtime, I ate an oatmeal bar. The next morning when I took my reading, it was 115. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. I thought it was just a lark, so that night I did not have my oatmeal bar and the next morning my reading was 157. So that night I had my oatmeal bar and low and behold, 96. I don,t know if all oatmeal bars will work. I have only used the ones from Costco. Anyway, that's my big discovery. Hope it can help you.
