What did you prepare tdayfor a low carb lunch and supper?
Breakfast, Special K crustless quiche. It is wonderful.
I had a treat for lunch at a restaurant where I had blackened white fish, green beans, and tossed salad.
normally I like LC soup and 1/2 high fiber bread toasted cheese. Or tuna and one piece of high fiber bread.
Supper was stir-fried chicken breast, onions, broccoli, garlic, soy sauce, chili paste, spices, and some sriracha.
Lunch today was two salmon cakes with sriracha mayo.
You can tell I like sriracha.
