I did that once with another pump system. I was battling low blood glucose in the evening before bed-time. I had to eat several glucose tabs to counteract the hypo. This trend was unusual for me, but I just accepted it since it's diabetes! But then the next morning, when my body experiences dawn phenomena and expects an aggressive profile of basal insulin, I trended much higher than usual.
Like you, I finally figured out that I had made the am/pm mistake when recently setting for the bi-annual clock change or due to changing time zones. I agree with you, @conimicut, this is a design weakness and should be addressed.
