I saw this article on "Top Chef" Sam Talbot where he talks about being a chef, having type 1 diabetes and his new cookbook "The Sweet Life", and now I like him even more. Enjoy!
The cookbook is pretty good, although not completely low carb. I just love that he uses old bay in his seafood recipes, can't live without that stuff since I am from MD :)
I am a real fan of old bay, I buy it at Costco. I even use it as a rub on steaks.
