I am pretty boring - back of arms, a full circle around the middle (from back to abdomen) at belt level and bottom rib cage level. I count about 18 locations that I use and then if I flip the pod around that turns 36 locations.
I tried the side of my butt for a while but had a failure due to movement.
Here is one that gets talked about but I have been too chicken to try....
