I've been struggling to find the time to do a lot of exercise since the baby was born (what with working, etc). This weekend I tried a yoga app - and I love it! I've been able to squeeze in several workouts already. If you're looking for an easy way to get in some activity at home, I recommend Down Dog. I've been using the free version, and it's great. I did a 30 minute routine yesterday, and this morning I did 20 minutes before work. Check it out!
