I link to the actual research abstract in my post. I thought it was interesting to note that they used Cod Liver Oil in their study which also contains Vitamin D. Vitamin D in another independent study was shown to drastically lower the risk of Type 1 Diabetes (I also link to that from my site).
Oh and hey I am new the community here. I have been type 1 for 10 years, and I am currently on the paradigm pump and hoping to soon get the Dexcom CGM.
