I found an advert in Riteaids "Inner Strength, a guide to living well with diabetes" It's a magazine available free in the store.

The advert says "For 5 free pens, go to http://kwikpenvoucher.humalog.com/form.cfm?k=4

Fill out the form the steps to redeem.....see below

Complete the questions below, read and accept the terms, and click the submit button

Print the voucher and visit your doctor to see which Humalog® KwikPen® is right for you.

If you receive a prescription, take it and your voucher to the pharmacy to get a free five pack of Humalog® KwikPen®, Humalog® Mix 75/25 KwikPen® or Humalog® Mix 50/50 KwikPen®

I'm sure if you already have a standing prescription you could just go the pharmacy.

update: I found an addtional link that might helpful.

AWESOME! I was just going to ask my doc to give me an RX for these to carry in my purse as my backup insulin in case of a pump failure! I love free stuff :)
There you go! The more we can get free... the better off we all are. Glad it helps!
