I was just wondering how often you change your lancets? I find myself not remembering to change them until the make a slash in my finger. I am the only one who uses it and when I check someone else's sugar I always change it before and after. Just wondering how often everyone checks it.

I change it every time unless I want to re-test right a way (wonky results, etc.). I was told to change every time or at least once a day. I guess I tend to do what I'm told. Well, most some a few things.

haha I think I change mine about once a month or so. I used to change it only when we had the time change.... so twice a year.

Change my lancet? why would I do that? It's given me five years of good service . . .

I change it whenever I get a lance-site infection.

Kidding. Seriously, I change it when I remember to, which is every 2-3 weeks usually.

Yesterday I poked and the needle felt like it was stuck in my finger (OUCH!) so I changed it. LOL. That's pretty much what it takes...
