Lyme Disease...anyone been there?
Has anyone else dealt with Lyme as a Diabetic? It doesn't seem to be effecting my numbers thus far. Do antibiotics ever effect your blood sugar? I am going to be on a 3 week course of doxycycline. Thanks for any input!

I haven't had to deal with this one, but I grew up in Minnesota--tick heaven--and am very aware of it since I still have family there. I don't know if you enjoy reading, but if you do---Alice Walker had it and the amazing book she wrote afterward is titled "The Way Forward is Through a Broken Heart."......I really do wish you well and hope you can get the care you need. It's pretty horrible and I also hope you will take good care of yourself---it's hopeful that your numbers are still okay---
