What does this mean?

Go to your My Page, on the left side, you will find one of the links below your photo is now "Applications". Click on it.

You will be taken to this page:

You will see a number of applications (some just fun, some pretty useful) applications you can add to your member page. Check them out...

I just added the "Now Playing" application (with my Last.FM recent tracks) and the "LOLcats" application too.

You can watch this video showing how OpenSocial applications work below:

P.S. If you have ANY issues with any application, please post them here, so we may report them as appropriately back to Ning.

Hi Manny

I was just wondering - would there be a way to convert mg/dl to mmol? I was thinking of something like the buttons for adding picture or hyperlinks. If someone added a reading, they could just click on the button and it would give both formats. Thank would rock! I usually read TuD with Excel open, so I can do the conversions so they make sense to me.

This is a very good idea and one that I will invite the Diabetic Geeks group to work on.

I added the "What's up?" Application, which is like the status one on Facebook. I like the layout of it :)

Megan--- here is a website that does the conversion. It's on the ChildrenWithDiabetes website. Though I agree that an application would be great too! I often just use the calculator as you need to multiple or divide by 18.

Someone could probably write a Javascript to do it. I'll see what I can figure out.

There is a widget that Jenny designed, which can be used on blogs, etc. Perhaps this can be used here as well??
