Hi everyone. I really like the Orbit Micro infusion set, but I cannot stand my distributor.

Does anyone know any reputable, normal distributor of them in the US besides Solara Medical?

Much appreciated!

I use Solara too. What don't you like about them? ~ Just curious.

I have had issues with their service in terms of sending me products I didn't want and charging me for them, messing up orders, sending shipments late on occassion. They aren't a bad company, I'm just tired of having to constantly call and email them about my orders.

Ah. Yeah, I get more lancets than I will ever use, despite efforts stop it, but overall I thought they were pretty much ok.

Well, my update is that I wrote them many polite but strongly worded emails letting them know my issues, and to their credit, they are finally working to straighten them out (at least I hope so!).

My Experiences with them is just the Opposite. BEST service I have had in 11 years. Products ship on time, they call and confirm what they are reordering for me to validate against my inventory.

I use Solara also and I am happy with them. I am really happy with the sets by far the most comfortable insertion I have ever had with a set. They could use some work on the design of their adhesive tape removal prior to insertion, the luer connection could be better and it would be nice if they designed an inserter specifically for them. But I do like them and they remain effective for a three day cycle with no problems.
