Does anybody know of an app that give serving size and number of carba for food. I really like the calorie king book but they don't have an app. Also, any other apps that are helpful for T1?

I know there is one, b/c I looked at it when I was thinking about getting an Ipad. Let me see if I can find it.
"Nutrition Menu" http://www.shroomies.com/nutrition_menu/

It's my absolute favorite app for counting carbs. It's got all major restraunt chains and brand name grocery foods and almost anything else you can think of. :)
I use Track 3. Logs for meds, insulin, bg, exercise and built in food database with nutritional info. Also very customizable. It is 5.99 but well worth it. A good free log I Glucose Buddy.

Hi I'm looking for a good app for my I phone, and I seen your message about Track 3 are you still using the program? and my other question is when you email a log of your blood sugars does it also include your comments that you might add like you didn't feel so well or you ate and forget to dose etc? Because the one I found was dlife diabetes companion and I love it, I can input what I ate it I had a cold not feeling so well...but when it comes for me to email my log it doesn't include my comments or the time the bg was taken.... for times it said pre lunch and post lunch. Im looking for the whole deal on the print out / Email comments and all.
Thank you for your time.

Glucose Buddy is really great. You can put your logs online, email them to your doctor - and it's free. :)
one that seems to work and covers a lot of food and nutrition is called carbs control that downloads to the iphone for the computer you can search calorie king online and post bg results to iphone using diabetes diary
