I was just wondering if anybody knew of any standalone cgm systems availible in canada. the only one i know about is the one that comes with the medtronic pumps and i dont want an integrated system. any information is appreciated.

I am also wondering this ... I know years ago there was a system called the Guardian, but I haven't been able to find any information about it on the Minimed Canada website. I am interested in a CGM but don't have a Minimed pump, and that's the only one I can find reference to for Canada.

Yeah same story here. I don't want the medtronic pump because its not waterproof and I'm a lifeguard. But I could really use a CGM. I've recently developed hypo unawareness. Yesterday I was 2.3 mmol/L right before lunch and I couldn't feel it at all. I would have had no idea if I didn't check for my lunchtime bolus.
