The following article should be of particular interest to type twos wishing to alleviate their condition. However, anyone (diabetic or not) interested in living the longest, healthiest possible life should read it as well. Many have said that I'm lucky to have reversed my type two diabetes to the extent that I no longer need medication. To which I usually reply, "Yes, and the more I learn, and apply what I've learned, the luckier I get!".
