I have a MM 523, and my favorite case is the following cell phone case.
Universal Cellsuit Crc90567 by BodyGlove.
The 723 is slightly larger than 523, so it might stick out the top by 1/4 inch. But I love that this case has a clear window, and I can see the screen, and press the buttons without taking it out. I also like that it has rounded edges. I have one that I removed the clip from, and often just tuck it in my pocket.

Hi! Have you tried ebay, amazon, and just google it. I have found many for the animas pump. I did a little research and someone that uses the minimed 723 says that some cell phone cases work great. I hope this helps a little bit. :)

I googled ,amazoned and ebayed .. but couldnt find one. I think i should look for cell phone cases as you suggested, but i am not sure what size will fit the 723 coz its a little larger than the small cell phones.

The case I mentioned in previous post has 'elastic' sides, so will expand, and likely fit the 723, with the top edge just extending out a bit further.
Here's a pic with the 523.

One thing I found is that there are limited choices in stores because there is such a variety, but tons online. But then it's hard to know if it will fit or not, and very few on-line descriptions give dimensions.

Thanks for the pic. This gives a better idea. Like you said, there choice online is tremendous but its hard to know if they will fit.

I bought the leather case that Medtronic advertise on their website. It does the job fine and is designed to fit the 723 perfectly. I didn't like the velcro closure when I first got the case but as the leather becomes more supple over time it sort of works perfectly now. Comes in three colors, Black, Brown and Camel. $29.00
