DexCom CGMS now available in UK
Hi everyone
I'm new to this list so hello!
I just wanted to mention that the DexCom CGMS has very recently become available in the UK, in case people don't know. I've started on it and am finding it excellent. I used the Medtronic CGMS before. If anyone wants details, the technical stuff is on the DexCom US site and the UK distributor is at:

Thanks for that info, I'll probably ring them later.
Did you get a chance to trial one before you bought it? Or did you just take the plunge?

No, I just took the plunge. But do talk to John Hughes if this worries you - he's very helpful. I did some serious research online before buying it, and corresponded with a couple of personal contacts who've used the Dex for some time - they both recommended it highly.
Feel free to email me off-list if you want to chat.
The Dex won't solve all your control issues, but it will almost certainly give you some significant help.
