I was not all that happy to go workout this morning, but I did it anyway...it actually turned out to be a very good workout. I had planned to do a modified workout but I just kept going and going and going. I really surprised myself.
about to go play some tennis :)
Worked out this morning. Was not thrilled but I still did it. It could have been because I've been without my Cymbalta medication now for about 2 weeks. I'll be heading to my endo's office to pick up samples while waiting for my mail order to come in 7 days from now. Sheez!!! Maybe I'll feel better (mentally) tomorrow.
yep. Bicycle ride this AM.

I did indeed! 30 mins on the stair climber & free weights for arms, chest & shoulders! Yay!
Yes. I walked this morning for about 45minutes alone for a change. Very pleasant. Just me and the trash trucks and school buses out and about.
yep!
good!!
Twice a day, every day... Morning walk, first thing in the morning (before breakfast), and evening walk right before bed.
I did... I did ! Third time this week. 30 minutes on the treadmill. Working my way up to at least 5 days a week. Always feel better afterwards.
