No.. I did not work out today. I go to the gym every other day...today is my day off!!! I have lost 10 pounds so far.. and my pants are falling off! lol

me bad on sat... oh well! 15 miles of bicycling tomorrow with a mile or two of running should keep me amused for a sunday!

What a fun thread! I took yesterday off as today I'm running a 1/2 marathon! The forecast was for thunderstorms until late yesterday but it looks like almost perfect conditions, 55 degrees and clear, little wind.

I took my arthritic old knees for a three mile walk yesterday. They wern't to happy about but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Will probally do it again today.

And Oh AR good luck with the 1/2 marathon.
