So I had a meeting with some one from 'the commission of human rights' at 40 rector street last week about my incident.

After breaking down the entire story to them they found that it is not a case of discrimination because as substitute teacher I am not under contract with them. So basically they can refuse to have me back for what ever reason they choose. It is a little upsetting I guess since I am new at teaching and at a school where I have been treated like family since I had started there but I will have to take this as a lesson and accept that I made a mistake and was penalized for it.

I am going to put it behind me and move on.
