I wear bracelet ID from Ebay seller. Great quality and price. Also he makes any length. Here is web site.http://stores.ebay.com/Medical-Bracelet-Medical-Jewelry

A friend got me a leather bracelet from Sticky Jewelry, and an identification card that goes in my wallet, as well.  It was quite reasonable compared to a lot of places...  http://www.stickyj.com/medical-emergency.html.  I also follow these kind people at http://www.N-StyleID.com, on Twitter, and they have nice things... and apparently are going to be having some good deals here pretty soon, for the holidays, like free engraving, so keep an eye on them...

I have a Medicalert bracelet, because I have multiple medical conditions and drug allergies, and I take a bunch of meds, so it wouldn't all fit on a dogtag. But I still have my mother's dogtag from WWII when she was an Army nurse! :-)

My cool guitar pick necklace just broke so I have to get it fixed.

I have a tattoo... that says Insulin Dependent in a banner, here's a picture :D
