A couple of irregularities have been brought to our attention regarding email notifications of TuDiabetes activity. We are wondering how widespread this issue is. If you are noticing anything unusual regarding the emails you get, whether it be related to individual emails from TuDiabetes or the new Daily Digest option, would be please leave a comment describing the issue?

Thank you for your help!

The problem at my end is that I don't receive Friend Request notifications on my in-box anymore....I have to go to my profile page for that, and click on the Friend icon...upper right of page. The same applies to notification of new members to my in-box...not there. I have to visit the members page to find out how many new members came in while I was at work!
While I'm here, I'd like to point out that Reed/Seagator has had an ongoing problem in having his profile pic appear at the top of the page of new comers he's greeting, and he can't seem get to get to any Graphics. Two different issues, I know, but wonder if anyone from admin can walk him through it. I suggested a few procedures, but I guess it didn't work.
Thank you for this thread!
linda
And Linda you said you confirmed that your settings are setup to receive both the friend requests and new members by individual email, correct?
Yes I have Lorraine!
Okay - perfect. I just want to get everything captured in one place. Thanks Linda. :)
I no longer receive email notification when someone replies to a discussion that I am part of.
Karen - does the discussion show "Stop Following" in the lower right? Are these the only emails you are not getting? Any chance they are going to spam?
I never use to select any type of notification in the lower right, I will check my spam now, but I think I did that already.
What do you know it is all sitting in my spam
Woohoo! Mine hide out there from time to time too.
