Are you supposed to take a fasting blood sugar when you first wake up, or should it be right before you eat?
Mine is over 100 when I first wake up, but drops lower and lower the longer I go without eating. I'm not sure which reflects my "fasting blood sugar"--the number when I wake up, or the lowest point after that.
