After 3 years of diabetes and hours upon hours of research I have come up with tons of advice and a meal plan that has led me to be stronger than ever and given me an A1C all the way down to in the 5's. Heres the link to my fb page giving weight loss encouragement and meal plans. My 14 day diet challenge begins tomorrow morning! Thought I would include all of my fellow diabetics to join along with me :) The first 14 days is an Atkins similar diet controlling carbohydrates but after that will include adding in the right types of carbohydrates and a lot more detailed meal plans and carb cycling.
