I use (and love) CarbFinder. Great for finding carb values on all sorts of stuff. Calculates by weight or portion size and allows you to make a plate and add up all your carbs for a meal.

I use MyFitnessPal to track carbs, calories and exercise, as well as weight. I also have CalorieKing, Fast Food, CarbFinder, Calorie Count, Calorie Counter, GoMeals and Fooducate.

GoMeals® is a popular app that has just been enhanced to offer the ability to track nutrition, exercise and blood sugar readings. So here's what this app includes:

  • An activity tracker for recording exercise and calculating calories burned against customized goals set and entered in by the user
  • Blood glucose log for recording blood sugar readings
  • GoMeals Online for desktop and tablet devices, which offers robust reporting capabilities. Users can view their food, activity, and blood glucose data on 7, 14 and 30-day graphs and correlate the data together
  • Cloud sync gives users access to their data from any device — especially helpful during physician visits
  • Simple sharing of calorie and activity progress via Facebook and Twitter

The upgraded GoMeals app is available for iPhone® and iPad® via iTunes®. The updated app for Android™ users is coming soon.
