Help select the winners of DHF Seeds micro-grants!
Applicants for 2012 DHF Seeds micro-grants fall into three (3) categories:
Connect
Educate/Inform
Empower
Visit http://vimeo.com/diabeteshf/channels/moderated/sort:datesubscribe and tell us which project proposal is your favorite by LIKE-ing and/or SHARE-ing its video.
We’ll take into account the number of Vimeo Likes, FB Likes, Tweets, and +1s each video gets (along with the judges’ scores and the DHF staff review notes) in determining which three “Empower” proposals get funded.
