I was 24 years of age with diagnosis of Type 1, just a few weeks ago.

I was 18 years old when diagnosed. A bit more than 10 years ago.

I was diagnosed 3 months ago at the age of 25, type 1. I've pondered the question of which is worse, having this disease for your entire life, or getting it in the middle. I guess I should be thankful for having the pancreatic ability for as long as I did have.

I was age 6 when diagnosed type 1 and now 17 and doing really well :)... always wonder how different I would be if I never had diabetes!

DON'T THINK ABOUT THAT JUST LOOK AHEAD & ENJOY LIFE

Diagnosed last month with type 1. Will be 30 next month.

19, six months ago. I was 3 weeks away from birthday, kinda ruined the party :P

31 years - a week b4 my wedding.

I was 22 years old. It was the day before I was moving away from home. It didn't stop me!!!

Moving away is a big deal! That was really brave of you. I was diagnosed the day before my 10-day trip to North India. It didn't stop me either :)
