Last night we had a summer dinner: bbq chicken, corn and watermelon. my youngest son (13) BG before bed was fine, but my oldest (16) was low. could people react differently to high glycemic foods? and for the one who went low, what should I do? half the bolus? but then he might spike early... Replace teh second ear of corn with a slow carb food? we are NOT giving up corn and watermelon in summer.
