Permalink Reply by acidrock23 on May 7, 2012 at 4:21am Exercise is good. One of my friends is a psychology prof who has done experiments showing that exposure to greenspace, even narrow, urban greenspace, can help too.

Permalink Reply by Teena on May 7, 2012 at 6:56am Deep breathing exercises, meditation, listening to calm music (or your favorite one), taking care of animals (pets, birds, fish aquarium, doing something you really like (shopping, gardening, hobbies), getting enough rest and sleep are some suggestion that may help :)
