We recently noticed that some users (including us!) are having problems accessing the Inbox functionality. We have reported it to Ning and hope to have an update or resolution soon.

I notice I am not able to send a private message.
I noticed that too Marie.
I just sent a pm, and it said "message sent" ! yeah!
The issue has been resolved. Sorry about the inconvenience...

I can get it now Manny no problem here but I do want to ask you if this problem whould have anything to do with me not being able to get my graphics to come up? You know me computer dumb. LOL!
I will report this issue... Not sure it is the same problem that was causing the Inbox to not function before.

I got word back from Ning (the platform we use on TuDiabetes)

"Looks like that member is using IE9, which we don't yet support. Can we have this member try in another, supported browser?"

Would you be able to try sending messages using Firefox or Chrome?
No worries. Glad it worked! :)
