Have no idea, of course, about availability where you live, but where I am all the ingredients are available in the local supermarket. And I live in a very small town. Unsweetened coconut flakes are in the baking section & they have flaxseed products & almond meal in a tiny health food section of the store. If you can't find virgin coconut oil, substitute unsalted melted butter.
No cooking skills needed:) Mix in a roasting pan & bake. Easy! Don't chop the nuts too fine or they'll burn.
Diet makes all the difference in the world. You're already getting wonderful exercise, which most people find the more difficult part.
