I really miss eating cereal - does anybody have any recommendations for a good low carb cereal? I'm talking about cold cereal. Thanks!

YES! I am very good at marketing too!
+1 for Gerri's Low Carb Cooking Co. Its delicious!
Hi Andy,

Have no idea, of course, about availability where you live, but where I am all the ingredients are available in the local supermarket. And I live in a very small town. Unsweetened coconut flakes are in the baking section & they have flaxseed products & almond meal in a tiny health food section of the store. If you can't find virgin coconut oil, substitute unsalted melted butter.

No cooking skills needed:) Mix in a roasting pan & bake. Easy! Don't chop the nuts too fine or they'll burn.

Diet makes all the difference in the world. You're already getting wonderful exercise, which most people find the more difficult part.
Sounds so good! Thanks Gerri.
Hi Carol & Donna,

Am so happy you both liked it!
I made it right away and love it!!! It is so good, and doesnt' affect my blood sugar which makes it even better. Thanks so much for sharing this.
This looks awesome. I am going to try this today.
Gerri, You are the low carb goddess! I can't wait to try your stuffing recipe!

Would you come to Seattle and cook for me?
oh special k is my favorite.
It's a deal!
