What is the easies way to lie to the sensor? What I want to do is to extend the use of my sensor. End of sensor warning came on. I want to wear the sensor beyond three days. Thanks, Sid

Sorry, I forgot to mention the brand. The brand is minimed cgm.

If using a minimed it is easy:
1.go to sensor start
2. click new sensor (it will tell you have to wait 2 hours but usually within 15minutes with ask for a new calibration and will ask again in 6hrs - just as does when you started the sensor.

Note you do not need to remove transmitter and re-attach and you can leave it under the same adhesive if not bothered

I have defiantly gotten 9 days this way (making up for the ones that died in 6 hours)
