I`m trying to lose weight as after having my little one, being home made me put on weight gradually. I was ok when giving birth, was normal weight. Then i developed post natal hyper tyroidsm. That caused me to lose a lot of weight, i was skinnier than ever. Then my tyroid function went back to normal which was a releif but it meant that i started putting on a few pounds ever months and before i knew it i was bigger than ever in my life. So i`ve been experimenting and i halved my lunch and evening meal to help me lose a bit of weight but its not easy. Sometimes i can go without food for hrs and think its not as bad as i thought, and sometimes i could murder a proper meal and end up stuffing myself with chocolate....i know, its terrible. of course being depressed does not help the situation!!!!
Anyone having similar issues? xx
