Make a difference and participate in Type 1 research
BRI are in specific need of individuals interested in their research that are 4 years from diagnosis. If you are interested, but greater than 4 years from diagnosis, you still could donate a blood sample to help them learn more about the immunology of type 1 diabetes. Their website is www.benaroyaresearch.org to get more information. You can click on Clinical Trials, Diabetes Research Program to find more information.
