i ve just run my 6th marathon and carried along my insulin
to control as i went but stopped every 10k for more insulin
am considering a pump although in france it s not very popular
wondering if this would be a solution for my next marathon end september
i have no apparent problem training but then again i never run longer than
2 or 2 1/2 hours and am far from reaching this score, especially being
obliged to stop for injections
any suggestions?
